Zabeel House by Jumeirah

Location: Onyx Tower- The Greens, Dubai, UAE

Areas we worked on:

– Back of House Kitchens

– Preparation Areas

– Waste Handling Area

– Laundry Facilities Area

Restaurant Outlets: QE coordinated the Kitchen- ID counters interface, supplied, tested, and commissioned all kitchen (FOH and BOH) equipment.

Lah Lah Restaurant – an edgy pan-asian restaurant located at Podium 4 of the hotel

Social Company – the neighbourhood gathering spot for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in the hotel.

The Meeting Room – located at Podium 2 of the hotel, it is the meeting spot for the corporate guests. The guest area has a neatly installed set of under stone food warmers, artisan vintage refrigerator, and vintage looking coffee machine. The outlet has attached pantry.
