The First Collection Hotel (Skybay)

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Quantum Enterprise LLC has successfully completed this project last year (2022). The scope includes all Back of House and Front of House Kitchens. There are three major outlets namely:

Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery – displays and sells the finest bakery and pastry products

Vyne Restaurant – Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, this is the All Day-Dining restaurant in the hotel.

The Blacksmith Bar & Eatery – South American inspired Steak House, this is the star outlet in the hotel. QE provided all the equipment and displays ( Wine and Meat Display).
